This is by far the best chair I've ever had!! I am plus-size and this chair is so comfortable!! The arm rests go up and down completely out of the way. The chair tilts back and forth or locks in place if wanted. This is a wonderful chair and I am very happy with this purchase!! Highly recommended for anyone who works at home full-time and sits 8 hours a day!

I bought this chair for its comfort and price. The other chair I was interested in cost twice as much. The store honored the online price and the person who waited on me from start to finish could not have been more helpful. I needed a second person to help me assemble it but I'm very happy with this chair.

It was shipped to my business address and upon opening it we found a tear. Filled out a claim and it was denied and then I contacted the store in Bowling Green. They told me to bring the chair packaged back in and they would replace it. Number 1 I do not have time to drive 1 hour round trip number 2 I payed extra for the insurance to replace it if anything was wrong and number 3 the bowling Green store did not have one in stock so therefore I would have to wait. Not happy with this situation at all.

Chair is good quality. The height and stationary armrests is a negative. It isn’t possible to adjust the arms and that prevents me from recommending the chair.
