I got this chair in February after buying one for my significant other. He absolutely loved it & I had tried it out in the store & I was sold. So I ended up ordering one for myself since I work from home & was in desperate need of a comfy chair. Well about 3 months in I started noticing the chair was not as padded & comfy as before. Then shortly after the cylinder gave out. The warranty covered it so I fixed it & replaced it. Well now the chair is completely flat. I am not over the weight capacity & do not use it for more than 8 hrs. I actually maybe use it for 5-6 hours a day when working since I like to stand at time. I’m really disappointed because it’s only my chair. His chair is perfectly fine & he uses it a lot longer than I do.
