The chair tilts and rocks but doesn't recline anywhere close to what it shows in the pictures. It doesn't lock in the recline position either.

Store displays looked much better than what I received in the box. The stitching is loose and crooked with areas that have exposed inner padding. Top of chair padding is crooked and the head looks like it is at an angle. Quite happy I got a warranty at this point or it would have been returned immediately.

This chair is perfection. I suffer from chronic back pain and this is the only desk chair that I've felt comfortable in. I prefer this to the other model from testing both out in store. Get this chair.... your back will thank you!
