Chair has a 7 year warranty.
I am surprised at how comfortable it is.
After 3 years the arms stated to peel.
I called the warranty phone number and they sent 2 new arms with zero hassle.

This is My Second Identical Version after being Forced back into In Person Work at my Company.
The Only thing I have Noticed with Both Chairs is that the "Leather" produces a Lot of Noise when Moving around in the Chair. Have to use a Specific Vegan or Bonded Leather Cleaner/Conditioner or the Noise becomes Worse. Other than That it is a Very Good Chair for extended periods of Sitting...
