As said above. Comfortable looks great BUT. Instructions ok screw holes and material holes do not necessarily line up. This makes it really frustrating to build by yourself. A third arm on your body would really help.

Got this chair for my son to play on his new PC he loves it. He said he loves the leaning feature and this chair is the envy of all his friends.

I was very grateful when staff at the Asheville NC Staples store recognized that someone at their store did not assemble my vortex chair correctly and they halted everything and promptly fixed the assembly of the chair. They then carried it out to my car and loaded it for me. I recently had surgery and appreciated it very much. I ordered another chair from them.

Great chair for control of your game. The chair moves smoothly with your plays. This is our family's second one!

“Somebody” not saying any names dropped a blue toner cartridge on our office chair. So work was at a halt until we got a new chair that didn’t come from Smurf land. Money is really really tight but we couldn’t sit in an uncomfortable chair. This exact chair ranges in price from $99-249. It’s very highly rated so decided on the chair! Staples around the corner and it was a win!!
