Purchased this to replace an older standard task chair. Extremely comfortable with a bonus feature in the arm rests lift!

I was very grateful when staff at the Asheville NC Staples store recognized that someone at their store did not assemble my vortex chair correctly and they halted everything and promptly fixed the assembly of the chair. They then carried it out to my car and loaded it for me. I recently had surgery and appreciated it very much. I ordered another chair from them.
