I have the previous model to this and needed some more chairs. This new model improves on it. Added a logo to back of chair which was slightly misaligned/crooked on the chairs I bought. Otherwise happy.

The chair is very comfortable but it came with an major issue. The chair center assembly screw holes are not aligned properly. I was only able to install (3) of the (4) screws. Otherwise not a bad chair for the price.

The only complaint I have is on the assembly instructions. They needed to be written and not just diagrams because the diagrams were not easy to follow. I would suggest advising where the front should be on each diagram as you assemble the product. I put the entire chair together and then ended up having to take is apart because the instructions never indicated where the front should be when putting assembling the product.
