i like the chair and have had 4 others. yes they do brake around the wheels and after a while the leather peals off like bad paint. as long as your not rough on the chair it will last four or more years. they only other down side is the over inflated price!

Not comfortable and too high for my desk. The armrests bump into the edge of the desk so that I can't move the chair close enough to use the keypad comfortably. If I flip them up it restricts my arms. It's a huge chair and had to be turned sideways and wiggled in to get it into the room (standard size doorway). No lumbar support so I end up hunched over or leaning back in an awkward way. Unable to return as I have no way of unassembling it and transporting it back to the store. Sorry I got it.

Don’t really care for it. The angle of the seat is wrong it forces you forward rather than back. Had I sat in it for more than 1 minute at the store I probably would not have purchased it.
