Bought about a month ago deciding between this and the Rutherford chair. Pros - wide space between armrests feels natural compared to Rutherford's narrow space. - the armrest space allows for more than one sitting position and still be comfortable. - tolerates more use time per day store sign said 5-10 hours compared to most saying 3-5 hours. - mostly solid construction despite a few obvious faults. Cons - there is a squeak when reclining back all the way and when rocking near full recline position. I tried putting lubricant on what I though was causing it did not fix the sound not sure which part is causing this. - curved armrests might be a reason for it but I prefer straight the whole length. - after assembly there is a gap where the metal part of the armrest meets the seat cushion bigger on the right side than the left. - the gap below the headrest seems the construction there is a bit uneven. Despite the cons that are minor except the sound when reclining enjoying this more than when I compared chairs in the store. Glad I waited on a chair purchase for this over others.
