Lacks long term durability

Chair is comfortable and looks good. The bonded leather however starts peeling away after a while taking away from its appearance and creating a mess of little bits and pieces to clean up.

It is a great chair. However I had to replace it using my warrantee. The left arm would come off the screw leaving you having a problem with using the chair. My warrantee was great and I was able to replace the chair with the same color chair. It was great! Staples is a great place to buy a chair. It is now a new great chair. Thanks.

This is one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in and I sit a lot when gaming. After about a few total days of sitting the cushion is still very soft and comfortable. It took 10 minutes to put together and I am sure this chair will last me a few years.
