I bought this based on sitting on it in the store. It has great instructions and everything that requires orientation is clearly marked. My chair seat slopped to the left and was permanently tilted forward. I felt as if I were falling out of the chair. I noticed that the middle cushion is significantly harder than the surrounding cushion and that it was flattening out quickly. I promptly returned it and chose a new model which I'm satisfied with. I would not recommend this chair. Side note when I returned this chair I confirmed that the demo chair was straight and comfortable. It was. The demo did not suffer from any of my chair's symptoms. Could have been just a bad one.
