I like the design and idea of it but the wheels do not move well and it does not give much lumbar support... will decide soon if keeping it.

Not real leather

I gave this one 4 stars because the "bonded leather" name should be changed to "faux (fake) leather". The material is very thin and tears easily. As I was unboxing and unwrapping the seat part I barely nicked the underside with one of my very short trimmed fingernails and tore a hole in it. That being said it's a very comfortable chair. The seat is thinner than I'm used to but still comfortable to sit on for extended periods of time. The arm rests are at a good level for me (6 ft. tall) and have good padding but may be an issue for shorter people as they aren't adjustable. I installed the "roller blade" style wheels from my old chair because the included wheels struggled to roll on my bare floor. Other than those 2 issues it's a good chair for the price.

It is the most comfortable chair. I purchased a few different chairs in the past and they were not as comfortable. Since i work a few days a week at home i needed a comfortable chair. I tried seat cushions but they were not comfortable and returned them. Best chair for the price.
