The chair offers a comfortable extended sitting experience. The chair is classified as a gaming chair but do let that stop you from giving the Emerge Vortex chair a test sit down. The chair fits the body very well and the substantial lumbar area is a good feature. The arm rest offered a good design and comfort for me but each person will have to assess what works for them. The color selections are not dull and if the chair is going into an office environment like the two I bought the gray chair with black accents or the black chair with gray accents can fit many office environments. I rarely purchase a protection plan but I did end up getting the 3 year protection plan. I thought it was a good value and offered a wide amount of coverage.

This is a great looking chair easy to assemble but there was a lean to it towards the left. I thought it would work itself out over time but after a week I returned it. The rotating armrests are a great feature rolls smooth firm but comfortable seating area. Just couldn't get over the lean.

First let me say that the gentleman who helped me and put the order in on the computer was excellent. He checked me out as well. This chair is comfortable when you spend hours at a computer during the day. The delivery from Staples was even a day early so all in all I would recommend Staples and this chair to anyone - you can't go wrong.
