Needed better chair to use while flying in MSFS 2020 simulator. Gives great neck and lumbar support!

Store displays looked much better than what I received in the box. The stitching is loose and crooked with areas that have exposed inner padding. Top of chair padding is crooked and the head looks like it is at an angle. Quite happy I got a warranty at this point or it would have been returned immediately.

Nice looking and comfortable chair that even the boss thought was a nice updated look. Bought a second one for home.

The chair is very comfortable. My only complaint is I wish the back was more adjustable. You are able to lean back but I would like it pushed up just a tad. Overall I would recommend this chair.
