All in all we like the chair but there was a problem trying to put the arm together. Holes were not properly drilled or something. We finally got it all to line up and work but not without significant time and frustration.

Bought this chair for a team member who has a serious back issue. She loves the chair. For me I assembled it and found the instructions and assembly to be very easy. It took two sets of hands to install the set back but other than that I assembled it alone.
