This is my second chair of this type. The first one was great but was starting to show normal signs of wear and the piston was also wearing out. I have been using it daily during the pandemic vs. once in a while. I decided to purchase the same model and I'm extremely happy with it.

Bolt broke chair comfy

I'm using this for an office chair and it's comfortable though I wish the back was more vertical (straight up). However after less than 3 months of usage 1 of the bolts on the side that holds the back on broke. I'm now looking to return this and find a better chair.

so i’m not a gamer; instead bought this for my work-from-home life! it’s been 3 days and it has been super comfortable esp. the lumbar support for my back. and the flip-up arm rests are great to get up & out of the chair. highly recommend!!

The chair padding in the seat has already compressed and failed and is showing signs of wrinkled failure. I weigh 170 so it's not a matter of overweight. I regret the purchase. The height is nice but the arm rests are a bit high and cannot be adjusted. Again my lack of research beforehand. The padding failure is on Staples corporate. I so much wanted to like this chair as it at first glance appears to be awesome. Sadly not so great.
