Don't buy - bad quality

This chair is so poorly made and terrible quality - I am so confused how it has good reviews. The holes for the screws are made so poorly you cannot even screw them in so they just pop right out. I put the chair together and when I sat in it 2 screws popped out and I was unable to screw them in properly. I then had to take everything apart and drive it to the Staples store to return it. Don't waste your time!!!!

This is the second of this type of chair...very comfortable and you can sit in it all day. Had to return due to poor construction....screw holes missing in chair back making it impossible to put together. Second attempt was better.

Comfortable but flawed

The chair was quite comfortable and functioned well - until it started wobbling and making a grinding noise when tilting. Unfortunately it has a design flaw with the tilt mechanism. The tilt axle rides in plastic bushings that wore out completely and cracked after about 1 year. For reference I'm about 225 pounds. Maybe if you don't tilt or weigh less you'll get more life out of it. Now whatever warranty it has is pointless because the flawed design will keep leading to breakage. And 3rd party replacement tilt mechanisms won't help you because the hole pattern on this is smaller than normal.

Bought this to replace another gaming chair that broke within three months. Always buy the warranty! It's comfortable and seems to be good so far. The box was missing the caps that cover the screws on the seat but that worked out because I am already having to re-tighten them after a week of usage. 5 stars to the staff member who helped us in the store.
