My literal ONLY issue is that the chair sits a little high even on the lowest-to-the-floor setting so consequently my keyboard and mouse were a couple inches closer to the floor than the arm rests were.....forcing me to have to put the keyboard and mouse ON TOP of my desk rather than leaving them in the pullout drawer.
After visiting my local Staples 6 times in a month to contemplate this chair the 'revelation' that it was meant for me to purchase was when I was walking away a sales representative (Cashmere) brought in the color that I really wanted. She and the associate at the counter (Yolanda) assisted me through the transaction in a courteous and professional manner. The chair meets my needs perfectly. I find myself sitting at my desk longer now than previously in my other chair. I am 5'10 170 lb.
This is the best office chair I have ever owned. It is SO comfortable. My neighbor helped toss the old one out sat down in it and went home to order one for his office. It was straight forward to assemble and the instructions were spot on. I loved that each step had the screws in little baggies with the step number on them. I also love the arms that you can move up so the chair fits under the desk taking up less space. I have wood floors so I just purchased bell glides to replace the wheels. Love love love this chair.
The chair is comfortable. There is a tilt option but it’s definitely not the same as the recline function that other chairs have. If you’re looking for that this is the wrong chair. However the padding on the bottom is comfortable and I’m a bigger person. I enjoy that the arms go up to fit under the desk (or when I feel like sitting with my legs crossed. It’s definitely not something that I would recommend to someone who is looking for soft and relaxing. It’s great for desk work keeps the body straight and the overall feel of it when your feet are on the floor feels great.
