The chair is very comfortable. Firm but not to firm. Love the fact I can raise the arms of the chair and it can slid under my desk no problem no matter how high. Only having had it for a short time I will be interested to see how the bonded leather holds up. That is why I also purchased the insurance. My last office chair did not hold up well at all.

Nice comfortable chair. However putting it together myself was a pain trying to get the arms and back screwed in. All the rest was easy but those two things would have been worth the $20 charge for them to do it - except for getting the fully assembled chair in the car.
