Chair was left on front porch. Directions stated hand tighten screws then tighten with Allen wrench. I did this with each screw then discovered that all screws had to be hand tightened I had to loosen all of them to get the back on. After completing assembly chair is extremely comfortable and I didn't want to get out of it. It does have a problem for me. I have a plastic mat over a carpet and the chair sinks into plastic when you sit on it and it is difficult for the castors to move freely.

I bought the chair as a gift to replace the chair I bought a Staples last year. The previous chair fell apart in less than a year. I hope this one holds up better. It looks and appears stronger with actual leather instead of pleather.
