The chair looks good. My wife said it was comfy but the base plate wasn't built level. The chair had a left to right slant and the non-level base plate also caused the chair arms to be uneven as well. Staples exchanged the chair without issue. Thanks Staples!

As the title says it's a comfy chair with alright build quality. The instructions seem a little backwards at times which made it extremely aggravating to put together combined with the questionable build quality.
