Just had it for a day and it is comfortable. I have experienced the set up. Instructions were good enough the amount of pieces of equipment minimal and clear and you only need the Allen wrench (provided). Take care not to put the chair on teh base plate backward (the chair will feel tilted forward). Easily corrected. Great xmas morning set up like being a kid again!

chair is comfy but i wish the arms went down lower I keep them in the up position all the time. Also I wish the chair tilted back a bit more I will live with it. Thanks
