Pretty significant improvement over my old chair much more comfortable assembly was pretty easy but it’s very nearly impossible to install a few of the Allen head screws with the L shaped Allen wrench that comes with the kit luckily I happen to have a nice set of T handled Allen wrenches and they worked very nicely.

Bad hydraulic and Uneven

Less than a year old and the chair will suddenly start lowering in increments - within 30 seconds I am sitting as low as it will go. It also leans to the left.
