The chair is good so far though I've been using it less than a week. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the difficulty of assembly. Most of it was very straight-forward and the directions explained it very well but the last 4 screws attaching the arms to the chair back were very difficult to align with the holes. It took a lot of trial and error to hit the holes through the cover and padding. Maybe longer screws would have made it easier to feel for the location of the holes. The instructions said to hand tighten first but this was impossible due to the thickness of the padding.
