Purchased this gaming chair for my son two years ago. He loved it when the chair came. However he recently told me the chair was never comfortable from the start. Chair seat cushion is padded on one side but not the other. After one sit in it for a period of time one gets backache. I tried it for a week for my home office. Sure enough it’s very uncomfortable and developed a backache. I asked my son why didn’t he tell me. He said that he thought it comes like it. This is a manufacturing issue. It was not quality controlled. This problem should have been caught at the factory and should never had been allowed to ship.

Not as cushy as it looks (it looks like a soft cocoon) but provides excellent support. I’ve spent several hours in it and have not had the back & tailbone pain most chairs give me. There is something in the design that provides better support than the average chair… and it didn’t cost $500 - $1500!
