This chair has been comfortable so far. Definitely more so than my old chair. Assembly was pretty easy except I was missing a bolt. I was able to take one from my old chair to finish putting it together. My wife's red version of this was not missing any bolts. Overall I like this chair and am happy with the purchase.

Signage around the chair my husband bought said ”Grab and Go!” Yet you still get charged for assembly and warranty. Basically the chair is comfortable but I think next time I will just buy one new in a box…at another retailer.
