nice chair but the arm rests are to high from seat to be comfortable / the pitch of seat portion has the wrong degree of pitch to it can not adjust. It just doesn't work for me. -Returned next day-

The chair is not as comfy as people say. My butt feels sore after a couple of hours. I also see that the chair is more for a wide person because I simply cannot place my arms on it. I feel like have to stretch out my arms for them to lie comfortably. I also cannot recline it. There is a difference between reclining and having the whole chair move. You have to lay back so the whole chair can go back.

Comfortable adjustable height. Haven't figured out if it allows tilt. Not just for gamers. I will suggest you have Staples assemble it. My Emerge Chair was really so well made that I think they over filled the back and seat cushions (not a bad thing); just made it a little difficult to get the screws in. I would highly recommend this chair.

I've been needing a more comfortable office chair and this does just the job. It's very comfortable and sturdy. The recline feature is good but it doesn't allow you to lock into a recline position. If it did I'd give it 5 stars.
