The chair looks and works the way it's supposed to... but the instructions for assembly could be clearer. I know I'm not the most handy guy out there but I managed to put the chair together backwards the first time - the holes lined up. Be sure to look at the picture on the box to know which end of the seat is the front and which is the back... once I figured it out it was fine.

I love this chair I didn't get it for gaming but I am older and wanted something that was comfortable to us when I am on my home computer I put most of it together myself which maybe took just over an hour and had my son put the back on as I had trouble lining up the holes and screws. Great chair at a great price.
