I like the chair a lot. The instructions were pretty easy to follow and if you followed them exactly the job of assembly was easy. Maybe being picky but I believe the picture of the seat in one of the early steps was shown in the wrong orientation and I was not sure which of the two ways the metal holes were to line up with the seat holes

I purchased this chair about 18 months ago. For the first year it was great! Recently however the cushioning on the seat has completely worn out and rendered the chair very uncomfortable for long periods of sitting. I'd recommend spending a little extra on a quality product!

Has a lot of flaws straight out of the box. Not sure if mine just wasn't checked for quality or if they all come like this. Didn’t expect to see staples and loose stitching on a $180 chair with 0 days of use. Some positive things are that it is aesthetically well balanced as far as colors and comfort level is pretty nice. It does seem to be a bit on the taller side. I am 5’5 and my feet do not touch the floor on the lowest setting.
