The chair is very comfortable and feels like it will last for a long time. The only issue I had was when putting the back on I kept missing the bolt to put the top screws in.

I wouldn't have thought I would be looking for a new chair literally only a year (to the day) later but here I am. It doesn't roll well and the cushion/lumbar/any support is now non-existent. I thought I would get more than 12 months use out of an almost $200 "gaming" chair which by the way I didn't use for gaming... wfh a few days a week. Heavy sigh.
