I knew I needed an office chair but did not know which one to get. There are so many styles to choose from. Going into my local store I was able to sit in most of them and try them out. BUT it was the store staff that really helped me make my decision. I had no idea as to the difference between a 3-5 hour chair and a 6-10 hour chair and which was which. He showed me the important features of each chair and asked many questions as to how I would use the chair. The chair I got was NOT the chair I would have gotten when I entered the store and just looking online at the info on the chairs. He was invaluable to changing my decision. I love the chair I have.

The chair is very comfortable. I have to remind myself to get up every hour or so because it is so comfortable. The only problem is the vinal on the arms quickly wear out and it is a eye sore. I went to the Staple store and the sample chair arms were worn out . Bad design.

Piston loses seal over time

1.5 years into the chair and the piston has lost its seal so it will slowly release the air and you will sink until you repump it
