My husband bought this chair for me as a Christmas present. I am working from home now and the chair I had was uncomfortable. Bad hydraulic and Uneven

Less than a year old and the chair will suddenly start lowering in increments - within 30 seconds I am sitting as low as it will go. It also leans to the left.
