The armrests are too far apart if you're an average size person 6' 180lbs. If you're a really large person then this chair is for you.

I like that this chair is firm and not too huge (fits well in my work area). It was WAY more involved putting together than other chairs I've purchased but it looks good works well rolls smoothly and seems to be solid. I'm 240# so we'll see how this bad boy holds up over time.

I get a new one every so often. The bottom cushion wears out about once a year. They don't recline like they say. They have never reclined. I don't know why they keep saying that. Its a reasonably priced chair that does the job.

It has only been a week but it is great so far. About the best step by step assembly instructions I have ever seen with a numbered set of parts pouches one for each assembly step.

This chair was the most difficult thing I ever had to put together. I'm not sure if I just received a defective product but it literally required two people to attach the large back piece to the arms and even then it was still a huge struggle. I spent maybe 5 hours trying to put it together and after all of that the chair is still a little wobbly and a screw ended up popping off a couple of months later. Not even sure where it came from. The chair is comfortable enough and looks good but that's about it. I would never recommend anyone purchase it.
