Chair parts were messed up and obviously used before metal base that mounted on to bottom of chair was bent had to bend it back to shape

These are disposable chairs. The gas cylinder failed in the past two office chairs I bought from Staples. This one lasted only 9 months. The seat wobbles and it will not retain its height.
