Upon open the box and unpacking prior to assembly. I found the corner seat cushion had separated and the foam is exposed.

I just swapped another Staples chair because it wasn't as cushy and it was smelly. I thought this was a different brand but maybe not because it has the same smell. It's like sour garbage inside the padding. I had the first chair for 2 weeks and the smell didn't go away. This is very comfortable so far so I'll probably keep it and hope the smell fades. Also it should be noted that it was a little difficult to put the back together. I had my husband and daughter hold seperate parts to position it correctly.

Super comfy super light one of the best chairs ever i know this isn’t a good thing but I actually felt so relaxed in it i fell asleep. They knew what they were doin making this chair.
