I like it. A Floor Model already assembled. A screw cover fell off. wrong size but I pushed it back on. My last two have the Piston leaking and chair keeps dropping. I had warranties but waited too long. Gave it too my grand Son.

I instantly felt back tension relief as soon as I sat down in this gaming chair that was on sale at Staples. I definitely recommend it and the assembly was pretty simple just follow the instructions and line up the holes and insert the screws and tighten using the included all’s wrench (which was a little longer than traditional Allen wrenches).
