Just not convenient enough to assemble. It shouldnt take 2 hours to assemble because the holes arent lining up COMPLETELY correct. It’s atrocious. More work than it has to be.

This was a gift for my husband to replace an almost 10yo chair. It wasn’t complicated to put together. Chair is firm but very comfortable. He spends a good chunk of the day sitting at his desk and has no complaints.

Nice comfortable chair. Easy to assemble with clear instructions which is rare these days. The lumbar support is great last 2 desk chairs didn't have this. The seat is soft but supportive. we will have to wait to see how it holds up over time.

Really a good chair for the price especially. The only thing I would change would be the angle of the arms. When on a keyboard they are too high. If you raise them the arms get in the way of my elbows.
