We have had a couple of Office chairs that were expensive but did not last. We decided to go with this Gaming Chair and it is wonderful and very comfortable.

The assembly was pretty straight forward. However getting the bolts to line up to attach the back is a little tricky since the location is recessed in the plastic arm sides and it's hard to get them to go in straight in order to catch the threaded piece in the cushion.

I love this chair! It is prob a 1.5 person job to assemble but just be patient if you assemble on your own. Staples crew was helpful and friendly offering to help take it to my vehicle. That wasn't necessary but it was nice to be asked. Thank you!!

This was a replacement for an earlier chair of similar design bought at Staples about 12 years ago. I like the new edition. I'm a big guy and I fit and the chair likes me. Easy in/out simple adjustments work well and I suspect this chair will be good for the next 10-12 years. Exceptional value for the price. It was probably me but I had a tough time attaching the back support to the framework according to the directions. While frustrating I finally got it assembled. Net exceptionally good value and quite satisfactory comfort level. I'll rate it at about a 4.5 docking half a point for the assembly problems.
