After my old office chair began falling apart I began searching for a replacement. The Emerge Vortex with its cushioned arms and high back is a perfect replacement even though it is marketed as a “Gaming Chair”. It is both comfortable and functional.

The chair is comfortable to sit on but the arms do not adjust up and down they only fold out of the way. This doesn’t allow for the chair to be pushed under the desk. The bigger issue is that the back doesn’t adjust. There is no leaning back to catch a snooze 😁😁. I effortlessly returned my chair to Staples.
