I have had a number of office/gaming chairs over the years. Some good some great some bad some terrible. This is by far the worst chair I've ever purchased It very well could just be a defective product but the screw holes aren't aligned with the armrest screw holes. After spending an enormous amount of time trying to shimmy it in place and thinking that my armrest screw was aligned I realized that I had actually stripped the mechanism by trying to secure it at such an off angle. Horrendous piece of hardware highly suggest a different chair.

Like the look and feel of the chair but there are a couple things I think need to be improved: - Need to be able to lock chair in an inclined position. - Arm rests need more padding and need to be able to be raised and lowered to the height you need. Obtained a good sale price so was worth the issues above.

I like the design for 2 majors features: The headrest does not bulge out like so many other high back chairs and The arms fold up (though not quite enoughh).
