This is the second chair that I order. The first was the exact same chair but in red. There is a night and day difference in quality between the red chair and the blue chair. The red chair is great while the blue chair is not. It is difficult to understand as they are the same design from the same manufacturer. I would return the blue chair but I expected it to be as good as the red chair so I threw the box away right away...what a mistake!

assembly was hard

Deff feels better for my body than previous chair. Feels solid and sturdy. In 6f1 and headset dosent go to top of head. Only complaint was the assembly. The bolts and inserts did not line up. Took me forever to get armrest and back on. Bolts had to be installed at a angle and required lots of torq to tighten. Most people wouldn't have been able to install it.

Only got a year and a few months out of this before it broke. It won’t stay up at the full height anymore and it is leaning forward and no longer comfortable to sit in. Also has been squeaking horrifically for a few months now and wobbles back and forth.

This chair solved all my back problems from gaming. It's very comfortable. My toddler loves it too and loves to sit in it and watch TV.

I bought the black and grey Leather Gaming Chair for my grandson for Christmas. I needed one in a box and although they did not have one in a box they went to Hagerstown and picked one up at your store there. The service was excellent and I couldn't be more pkeased.

I was looking for a chair that provided good back support and for me this was a great fit. I also like that the arms can easily be raised and moved out of the way so that the chair can be pushed up against the desk when not in use.

I bought this chair to replace my office/computer chair and am very pleased with it. It feels like a bucket seed in a luxury automobile. It is not easy to put it together. It took a lot more time than I thought it would but now it’s very functional and good looking.
