I unpacked the chair and thought i would have to take it back. The cushion was flat on one side of the chair bottom. But next day it was normal it was just the way it was packed in the box and sat for how long.. Nice basic chair comfortable for me. The arms don't adjust but they are the right height for me and they do swing up and out of the way. Chair height and seat tilt are adjustable and that works for me.

You won't mistake it for a Recaro but it works as a chair and assembly was pretty straightforward. There are some areas of the stitching I'm not 100% sold on and some of the cushioning looks flatter (in the seat part) than the surroundings but it's still comfortable. Under your tailbone is plush but underneath your thighs the padding is thinner. It works and is comfortable but the leather just looks saggy there.
