the chairs were at a great price but after we assembled and used them for about a week all 3 had the same problem the cushion on the seat went flat. Staples warranty sent us new seat cushions but after a week they are now doing the same thing. Chair looks great but not a good investment we will likely return these. two stars because service was great would have given the staples service team a 5.

This chair was purchased for my son who is quite particular about his gaming equipment. He has always wanted a gaming chair but could not afford one. When he received this chair and assembled it himself which was quite surprising he commented as to how comfortable this chair is. After a couple of weeks and a couple of extended gaming sessions he stated this was the most comfortable chair he has ever sat in. Hopefully this chair will hold up for the long run.

Ordered this chair for my son to sit in while gaming. Took it out of the box to find a broken arm piece. Called to have them send another one. Two weeks later he is still waiting for the piece to finish putting his chair together.
