The chair is nice but the bottom seat cushion was missing some of the padding. Staples is shipping me a new one and I have to ship the old one back... would have rated it higher if it was perfect first time around

Nice comfortable chair two months ago but I sit in it every day and it's lost some of it's luster and has become a little floppy towards the front. Glad I purchased the insurance will prolly be trading it out soon for a more quality stable chair.
