Nice product. First chair had one of the nut certs without threads. Had to return chair and have another one shipped it arrived in two days to my home. Easy assembly great product.

The chair is exactly what we needed. The only issue we had was in assembly some of the instructions could use more verbose explanations sometime a picture is not as good as a few words.

The chair itself is comfortable and I like the lifting arms however it felt like it was trying to pitch me forward at all times at first. I had to loosen up the tilt completely to even be able to lean it back and I wish I could lean back without having to hold it there all the time instead of bracing it with my feet. It's a fine chair but not awesome at relaxing to watch TV.
