Could get lucky.. or not.

I bought this based on sitting on it in the store. It has great instructions and everything that requires orientation is clearly marked. My chair seat slopped to the left and was permanently tilted forward. I felt as if I were falling out of the chair. I noticed that the middle cushion is significantly harder than the surrounding cushion and that it was flattening out quickly. I promptly returned it and chose a new model which I'm satisfied with. I would not recommend this chair. Side note when I returned this chair I confirmed that the demo chair was straight and comfortable. It was. The demo did not suffer from any of my chair's symptoms. Could have been just a bad one.

i like the chair nice on your butt and good on my back. i have 2 rods in my back and when i go to sit in it it feels good on my back doesnt give me any problems at all. outstanding chair i will get another one someday and i do tell ppl about this chair also

The chair looks good. My wife said it was comfy but the base plate wasn't built level. The chair had a left to right slant and the non-level base plate also caused the chair arms to be uneven as well. Staples exchanged the chair without issue. Thanks Staples!

Hardly any padding. Don't buy it. if you do you only have 14 days to return it. Staples has a bad return policy on furniture.
