It is hard for me to find an office chair that is comfortable to sit in all day because of a back injury. I sat in just about every chair in Staples and had narrowed it down to this one and one other one. This chair doesn't have all of the adjustments that some chairs do but it works for me. I say "great chair for the price" only because of the limited adjustments that some people might like and for the amount of assembly required (both described below). I myself am very happy with the chair and would have paid more for it since it is comfortable for me to sit in all day and seems to be a quality chair hence the 5 stars. Adjustments: The chair adjusts up and down and tilts. The tilt adjustment tilts the seat and back together (you cannot adjust the seat and back independently of each other). The arms are not adjustable up and down though you can fold them up and have an arm-less chair. Assembly: The pieces were well-marked and the instructions were pretty clear. It does come in just about as many pieces as it possibly could. The only things pre-assembled are the gas lift itself (the column the chair sits on that makes the chair go up and down) wheel casters (but you have to attach them to the base) and the seat plate with the adjusting lever and tilt tension knob (but you have to attach it to the bottom of the seat).
This was super easy to assemble and is very sturdy. It's a lot bigger than expected but I'm not complaining! Only bad thing I'd say is that I don't see why there was an $80 price difference just to get the chair in black. A red/blue one is going for $120 while this one was $200
