While I am quite pleased with the chair itself when I purchased the chair I also paid to have it assembled but when I went to the Ramsey store to pick up the chair it had not been assembled and I had to wait around an extra 30 minutes for the chair to be assembled.

I love this chair and I love the colors black and blue go playstation lol that's what I thought of first time I saw this color so I finally decided to break down and buy this because my other gaming chair was about done for and I'm really glad I did! I have lots of room the arms move up out the way if you want them to just a wonderful chair all around.
