The chair is very comfortable -- with good lumbar support and arm rests. I was surprised at how well the assembly instructions were written and illustrated --- and the parts packaging was great... The Staples associates even helped load the box into our Subaru Outback. Overall a positive experience. THANKS !!!

Exactly what I was looking for great back support comfortabl and firm seat and noce fold up armrests. I use it for Ham radio as a Net Control Operator where I am seated for a few hours at a time. And I looked for a chair which will last and will support my back while operating my HF transceiver. This chair is the best one I ever had for this particualr application
