Not up to usual quality standards. Stitching is awkward and misaligned. Foam padding is sparse. Not satisfied with quality. Wish staples offered better. Returns were very easy to handle. Delivery was easy to track. Staples offers quality service but the chair quality was not acceptable.

I had been reviewing several chairs with Staples and choose this one because the specifications matched my needs. I made a trip to the store a couple of times to try each one out and this one met my expectations. It was easy to assemble and It is very comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. With me being a Kentucky fan the color was an added bonus.
