After setting in the chair for about an hour my butt was hurting and the chair won't loosen the back on the chair where you can lean back without keeping pressure on it the back wants to push you forward. Yes I do know how to adjust the tension with the knob under the front of the seat. I did return the chair after trying it out for 3 days.
