Durability Issues

I've had the chair for about 6 months now. The chair is very comfortable. I sit in for long periods of time and have no problems with discomfort or things of the sort. However about 2 months ago the inner third of the plastic holding one of the wheels in place broke meaning the wheel will fall out of its plastic holder if the wheel is not pointing out. This is very annoying to deal with when trying to get work done or playing games because it forces you to keep the chair in the same spot which never happens with rolling chairs. In addition sometimes after long periods of time with the chair locked to the upright position the lever allowing you to lock the chair upright/lean back gets stuck and the only solution I've found to the problem is to stand up and pull the lever out which is again inconvenient when I'm trying to get work done. This chair would be five stars without these inconveniences.

I am not a gamer. I nearly did not buy the chair because it had "gamer" in it's name - it brought to mind visions of furniture used by Steve Carrell as the 40 Year Old Virgin. The chair is awesome. Very comfortable even after sitting in it for hours working. Assembly was easy took less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend.
